This converted farmhouse, situated on the brim of the hill of Nozarego, has great character. One leaves the car in the designated parking area or inside the garage and climbs numerous steps to reach the fabulous position of the house. Once at the top one is swept away by the pinnacle view. If you are on a motor scooter you can access the house directly. The entrance of the house is under a pergola, which in mid season can be closed in with awnings; a specialised out door heating system is available. This indoor / outdoor room is without doubt the most versatile part of the house becoming, kitchen, dining or sitting room according to the necessity. The BBQ, the wood burning oven, marble sink and stove as well as deck chairs and parasol are all located here to facilitate eating in the open air: that favourite activity made possible by the mild climate of the Riviera. As the house is built on a hill one enters on the second floor, accessing the open plan kitchen, dinning, living room area. On first floor there is the master bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds and the bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor is a bedroom with bunk beds that has direct access to the garden. The second bathroom with shower and washing machine are located on this ground floor. In the garden one finds a swing, flowers, fruits and herbs. |
